ph8ph8 Terms & Conditions – Legal Agreement for Philippine Users

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any other policies or rules published on the ph8ph8 Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and ph8ph8. By creating an account, depositing funds, or placing any wagers on the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

ph8ph8 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon publication on the Platform. Your continued use of ph8ph8 services following any amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. 2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Jurisdictional Requirements

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an account or use any services provided by ph8ph8. Online gambling is restricted by law to individuals who have reached the legal age of majority in the Philippines. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age and that online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction of residence.

ph8ph8 is licensed to provide online gaming services exclusively within the territorial jurisdiction of the Republic of the Philippines under the regulatory authority of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Users accessing the Platform from outside the Philippines do so at their own risk and are responsible for compliance with local laws. ph8ph8 does not accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited.

2.2 Account Creation and Verification

To use ph8ph8 services, you must create a unique account by providing accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, and residential address. You may only register one (1) account per person. Multiple accounts, duplicate accounts, or accounts registered using false or misleading information will be suspended or terminated, and any funds or winnings forfeited.

ph8ph8 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to government-issued identification, proof of address, and copies of payment instruments used for deposits or withdrawals. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions until verification is completed. All submitted documents are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Philippine data protection regulations.

2.3 Account Security and User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph8ph8 account credentials, including your username and password. You agree not to disclose your login information to any third party and to notify ph8ph8 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. ph8ph8 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

Any activity conducted through your account, whether authorized by you or not, is your responsibility. You agree to accept full liability for all transactions, wagers, and withdrawals made using your account credentials. ph8ph8 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) and using strong, unique passwords to enhance account security.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

3.1 Deposits

ph8ph8 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, online banking transfers through major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, and Metrobank, and other approved payment methods as published on the Platform. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed on the deposit page and may vary by payment method.

You are responsible for ensuring that funds deposited into your ph8ph8 account originate from legitimate sources. ph8ph8 prohibits the use of the Platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity. Deposits made from third-party accounts (accounts not registered in your name) will be rejected, and funds returned to the source account minus any applicable processing fees.

Deposit transactions are processed instantly in most cases, but processing times may vary depending on the payment method and financial institution. ph8ph8 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banks, or network issues beyond our control.

3.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be made at any time through your ph8ph8 account dashboard, subject to the minimum withdrawal amount and any applicable withdrawal limits as published on the Platform. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposits whenever possible. All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and anti-money laundering (AML) compliance checks.

ph8ph8 endeavors to process withdrawal requests within two (2) hours for GCash and PayMaya, and within twenty-four (24) hours for bank transfers, subject to successful account verification and compliance with these Terms. However, ph8ph8 reserves the right to extend processing times for security reviews, verification procedures, or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.

Before processing any withdrawal, ph8ph8 may require that you wager deposited funds at least one (1) time to comply with anti-money laundering regulations. Accounts used primarily for financial transactions without genuine gaming activity may be flagged and subject to enhanced due diligence. ph8ph8 reserves the right to charge administrative fees for withdrawals that do not meet minimum wagering requirements.

3.3 Bonus Wagering Requirements

All bonuses, promotions, free spins, and other promotional offers provided by ph8ph8 are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, time limits, and game restrictions. Failure to comply with bonus terms may result in forfeiture of bonus funds and any winnings derived from those funds.

4.3 Game Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or technical issue that affects the outcome of a wager, ph8ph8 reserves the right to void the affected wagers and refund stakes. You agree to report any suspected malfunctions or errors to ph8ph8 customer support immediately. Continued play following discovery of a malfunction may result in forfeiture of winnings derived from the affected game.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the ph8ph8 Platform without prior written consent from ph8ph8. Unauthorized use of Platform content may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws and may result in civil and criminal penalties.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, ph8ph8 and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption, even if ph8ph8 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

ph8ph8's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from or related to your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ph8ph8 account during the six (6) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit ph8ph8's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

9. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

9.1 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions and any disputes arising from or related to your use of the ph8ph8 Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.

9.2 Dispute Resolution Process

In the event of any dispute, claim, or disagreement arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting ph8ph8 customer support. ph8ph8 will make good faith efforts to resolve disputes amicably within thirty (30) days of receiving notice.

If the dispute cannot be resolved through informal negotiations, you agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI) or another mutually agreed arbitration body. The arbitration shall be conducted in Metro Manila, Philippines, and the decision of the arbitrator(s) shall be final and binding.

9.3 Regulatory Complaints

As a PAGCOR-licensed operator, ph8ph8 is subject to regulatory oversight by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation. 10. Account Suspension and Termination

ph8ph8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any reason including but not limited to:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, collusion, or use of prohibited strategies.
• Failure to provide requested identity verification documents.
• Use of the Platform for money laundering or other illegal purposes.
• Abusive behavior toward ph8ph8 staff or other players.
• Failure to respond to ph8ph8 communications within a reasonable timeframe.

Upon termination, any outstanding balances in your account will be returned to you, minus any amounts owed to ph8ph8 or subject to investigation. However, ph8ph8 reserves the right to withhold funds pending completion of any ongoing investigations or legal proceedings. Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds may be forfeited upon account termination.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance, subject to applicable withdrawal requirements and verification procedures.

11. Miscellaneous Provisions

11.1 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under Philippine law, such provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

11.2 Waiver

No waiver by ph8ph8 of any breach of these Terms shall constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach or violation. ph8ph8's failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not be construed as a waiver of that provision or any other provision.

11.3 Assignment

You may not assign, transfer, or delegate your rights or obligations under these Terms without prior written consent from ph8ph8. ph8ph8 may assign, transfer, or delegate its rights and obligations under these Terms to any successor entity or third party without your consent.

11.4 Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any other policies incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and ph8ph8 and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and representations, whether written or oral.
